Handling dangerous cargoesDangerous goods notificationsNotification of the intention to transport or handle dangerous cargoes or oils, or bunker in the Port of Melbourne, must be provided 24 hours before the arrival of cargo in the port area. kb) The ship's agent arranging the bunkers must inform the ship's master to notify the port's security provider on Telephone +61 3 9681 8044 (24 hours) one hour before the bunkering operation so that an inspection can be undertaken.
