Port of Melbourne has published its initial annual report on how it has performed against key performance indicators (KPIs) that demonstrate compliance with, and performance against, the Tenancy Customer Charter that was published in November 2021.
The Tenancy Customer Charter was developed to explain the rights and responsibilities of Port of Melbourne, to assist existing tenants and prospective tenants in negotiating leases on terms and conditions that are commercially acceptable to the parties, and to provide indicative time frames for the key negotiation processes that apply for agreeing new leases.
The initial annual report has been prepared for the reporting period of November 2021 to December 2022.
Port of Melbourne is committed to continual improvement and working collaboratively to achieve commercially acceptable, market-based outcomes for PoM and our tenants and for the benefit of Victorian consumers.
